Girls In Gloves

The Bankside Health Club is pleased to welcome Naomi Gibson.

Girls In Gloves specialises in training women how to box. The six week "Learn to Box" programmes will teach you how to box in a safe, non-intimidating and fun environment. Boxing is an empowering, addictive, stress-busting and fun form of exercise... you will keep coming back for more!

Thanks to 21st century fun and fearless females boxing for women has grown in popularity over the years - no longer do we wish to prance around in leg warmers. To meet this demand Naomi Gibson (reps level 3 personal trainer) created Girls In Gloves. With it she brings passion and respect for the sport and how it can empower women to challenge themselves physically and mentally, encouraging them to change their perception to exercise forever.

During your time with Girls in Gloves you will learn how to punch with power. You will also find out how to move and skip like a pro. Over the six week course you will see your body shape change; you will become not only fitter but stronger and more toned overall. The specialised programs give participants real boxing skills though not necessarily to fight but to become fight fit!
