CLAIRE LOUISE SMITH

 Reps Level 3, Nutrition and weight management, YMCA, Extreme Kettlebell Instructor (EKI), Pre + post natal.  Spin, Yoga instructor.

Claire has over 10 years experience working in the health and fitness industry.  She has a gymnastics, yoga and group fitness background and she specialises in getting people to move forward and achieve results. Some of the areas she has worked with her clients include;

• Losing inches/gaining size/definition
• improving fitness/posture/movement/technique
• training for sports events
• injuries/rehab
• pre/postnatal training
• yoga/improving flexibility  
• improving self-esteem/confidence

With each client she will discuss their individual goals and expectations before designing a uniqely personal training and lifestyle programme, a road map to get them to where they want to be. This will include diet, resistance training, cardiovascular training and flexibility.
