Claire has over 10 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. She has a gymnastics, yoga and martial arts background and she specialises in getting people to move forward and achieve results. Some of the areas she has worked with her clients include;

With each client she will discuss their individual goals and expectations before designing a uniqely personal training and lifestyle programme, a road map to get them to where they want to be. This will include elements such as posture, movement and general lifestyle.
