High intensity training and loud music isn’t for everyone. Luckily, the Yoga and Pilates programmes at Studio X are set within the peaceful surroundings of the Yoga and Pilates Studio.
Members currently enjoy three different Yoga styles, all taught by some of London’s most experienced Yoga practitioners and vary in intensity and difficulty.
With Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and BODYBALANCE all on offer at Studio X, Yogis of all abilities will find a class suitable for them. Regular Yoga practice can unite the mind and body, de-stress the mind, increase flexibility, strength, posture and clear the body of harmful toxins. It may also lead you to talk about Chakras and hum Ommmmmm!
Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, core strength and posture and is derived from a mixture of Yoga, Martial Arts and Western exercise methods.
