Members enjoy five different Yoga styles, all taught by some of London’s most experienced Yoga teachers and vary in intensity and difficulty.

With Ashtanga, Rocket, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Body Balance all on offer, members of all abilities will find a class suitable for them.

Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, core strength and posture and is derived from a mixture of Yoga, Martial Arts and Western exercise methods.
