This total body workout focuses on all major muscle groups combining safe technique with efficiency in motion. In common weight lifting exercises joints are often strained which can lead to damage or injury.

Training with Kettlebells puts emphasis on freely moving joints increasing range of movement and enhancing flexibility and strength.
