My one-to-one session with a personal trainer from The Bankside Health Club, in the Blue Fin Building, started with a selection of exercises that focussed on the middle section of my body(which is the part i really need to work on!). I also had to do lunges, squats on the wobble board and stomach crunches on a Swiss ball.
It was a challenge to have someone telling me what to do and pushing me to work outside my comfort zone; however, I felt great afterwards. I would reccomend personal training to anyone who needs to be motivated into exercising. It is great to have someone guide you on working specific body parts in order to reach your goals.
