I started Power Plate as an aid to recovery from a back and leg injury. Since starting the pain has almost disappeared (something normal physiotherapy did not achieve) and as a bonus I have lost nearly 2 stone in weight and have generally far better overall fitness. I would recommend Power Plate at The Bankside Health Club to anyone who wants to exercise regularly to improve health and fitness levels without risk of impact injury.

After trying Power Plate, I found I was instantly hooked! The staff's tuition is excellent; the gym is great and the results very impressive in a short space of time! The sessions are short and intense, but you leave with a warm glow... I would recommend Power Plate to anyone who wants results quickly but is short on time, or doesn't like spending hours in the gym!

I have been doing Power Plate at Bankside for a year and I absolutely love it. The variety of exercises and different classes keeps it interesting and each class works out different parts of the body. I have lost weight and toned up, and I feel fitter and more flexible. Plus each class is only half an hour long, so being time-poor isn't an excuse to not exercise. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy to book, the gym is never too busy. Power Plate classes have a maximum of 4 people in them so the instructor can really concentrate on each member and push you as hard as possible. Great workout for 30 minutes!
