Power Fit

The absolute favourite and everyone's welcome! This class caters for all and is a total body workout. With the revolutionary Power Plate, your workout will ensure that you increase muscular strength, accelerate metabolism, reduce appearance of cellulite, reduce stress and lose weight! Exert yourself through vibration training and feel your body optimise to its full potential.

Power Box

Bringing Power Plate & Boxing together to maximize the fat burning results! Alleviate stress, accelerate toning and intensify your workout with a 30 minute energizing Power Box session. We have boxing gloves for you so all you need to do is bring your feisty self! Learn the stance, the punches and the kicks in this fun and energetic class!

Power Flex

This class is a combination of flexibility and stretching exercises utilising the advantages of the Power Plate's accelerated technology. Strengthen and stretch: Stretching plays a vital role in keeping muscles and joints strong and pliable so they are less susceptible to injuries. Power Flex classes will also improve your range of motion, reduce any pain surrounding joints and ligaments, and promote longer, leaner muscles.

Power Pilates

This class fuses traditional Power Plate exercises with basic Pilates to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to full balance and control. Adding the benefits of acceleration training helps to integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore optimum muscular and skeletal function. A focus on core stability, breathing technique and theraband work is the perfect combination to gain maximum results.

Power ViPR

Our Advanced Power Plate class for regular users who want a challenge! Up to 5 people maximum in the class, pushing to reach the next level of their fitness. Combining Power Plate and ViPR training, this class maximises weight loss and muscle toning potential to the extreme! It is the perfect combination of cardio, resistance and Power Plate training! Reducing your gym time by more than half but still achieving the same results – what’s not to love!!

Please note all facilities within the Club will close approximately 30 minutes before the listed closing time to allow sufficient time for members and guests to shower and change prior to closing.
