The IT FACTOR is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle with 10 x 30 minutes sessions helping you to be in and out of the gym quickly, so can easily form part of your lunch break or your morning wake up routine.
Our fitness professionals will start by conducting a full health and fitness assessment, looking at the health & exercise barriers and how to overcome them. Then they’ll design a tailor made programme that will focus on your exact goals & push you through this programme twice a week?
Part way through the IT Factor programme to ensure you’re on track, there’s even a ‘Health check in’ where any necessary changes & advice will be provided. In addition there’s also a ‘Results session’ where your results & achievements are discussed & celebrated.
The 5 week programme includes:
- 10 one–to-one Instructor led training sessions over the 5 weeks.
- Specifically tailored plans designed to help you lose weight, build muscle, tone up or simply maximise your training.
- A Goal specific training programme to follow.
- Effective and achievable nutrition advice with simple food diaries.
