Studio Timetable

The Bankside Health Club has over 45 classes a week available to its members, ranging from Ashtanga Yoga taught by some of the most experienced yoga trainers in London through to high energy Les Mills classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack.

There's sure to be something for everyone. Classes include:- Zumba, Military Fitness, Boot Camps, Spinning (spin classes), Box Fit, Kickboxing, Circuits, Yoga, Pilates, ViPR, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat and even an Olympic Fit Class.

Here at the Club we make certain that all Instructors are REPS accredited to ensure that all exercise professionals are suitably qualified to help safeguard members and to promote the health and interests of our clients using the services.

Booking Procedures

  • Class reservations can be made by calling 0207 921 9343
  • Class reservations can be made 24 hours before the class start time
  • Please arrive with enough time to get changed and be ready for the start of your class
  • All participants must wear a wrist band provided by reception as proof of booking
  • Whilst we endeavour to offer the classes advertised, the club reserves the right to change or cancel classes without notice.
Opening Hours
Monday-Thursday 6.30am - 10.00pm
Friday 6.30am - 9.00pm
Saturday + Sunday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Bank Holidays Closed

Please note all facilities within the Club will close approximately 30 minutes before the listed closing time to allow sufficient time for members and guests to shower and change prior to closing.
